What is the condition of the screen?
Perfect condition :
  • Screen in perfect condition, with no scratches or defective pixels (white spots, visible Apple logo, purple pixels, etc.)
Good condition :
  • Faint screen marks that do not affect the image when the screen is switched on. The screen is functional and has no defective pixels.
Correct condition :
  • Visible screen marks (scratches) and/or small impacts on the edges. The screen is functional and has no defective pixels.
Broken :
  • Cracked screen or screen with defective pixels, light leaks, white spots
What is the condition of the casing?
Perfect condition :
  • Micro-marks or superficial scratches barely visible to the naked eye
Good condition :
  • Scratches detectable with a fingernail, invisible from more than 50cm away
Correct condition :
  • Scratches or pockmarks detectable by touch. Twisted corners
Broken :
  • Broken or cracked shell. Traces of stickers inside the Mac. Cracked Apple logo

All criteria must be 100% met for the computer to be considered functional.

100% functional For MacBook :
  • It switches on and off normally
  • It recharges easily
  • The keyboard (keys, backlighting, etc.), touchpad and each port are functional
  • It has never been dismantled or opened
  • No liquid has been spilt on the appliance
  • Camera, microphone and loudspeakers working
  • WiFi, Bluetooth and other networks work
  • The battery is not inflated
100% functional For Mac Mini/studio and Pro :
  • It switches on and off normally
  • Every port works (HDMI, USB, USB-C, Thunderbolt, jack, power port)
  • It has never been dismantled or opened
  • No liquid has been spilt on the appliance
