The delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and the delivery area.
In Metropolitan France, it takes a maximum of 2 to 3 business days. This period can be reduced to 24 business hours from the moment of shipment with Express delivery.
In Europe (excluding Luxembourg, Malta, Switzerland, Monaco, and the Canary Islands), as the journey is a bit longer, you can expect a maximum delivery time of 3 to 6 business days from the departure of your package from our workshop and 2 days with Express delivery.
We deliver throughout Europe (excluding French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland, Monaco, Cyprus, the Canary Islands, and the United Kingdom).
Standard delivery is free throughout Europe.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided during the order placement. The package will be handed over to you in person, requiring a signature.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email contains the link to track your package.

You will be contacted by the carrier, who will inform you of the delivery time window. It is essential for you to be present when the carrier delivers your order, as a signature will be required upon receipt.
If you are not available on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You can then either reschedule for another delivery day or pick up your package directly from the depot.
We pay special attention to the packaging of your product. It is carefully wrapped, with your MacBook enclosed in a bubble wrap pouch for complete protection. It is then secured in a box tailored to its size to prevent movement during transportation. We also include a user manual, some goodies, and a delightful surprise with your order.
We recommend keeping your box in case of a return, as it will be essential for safely sending back your computer. Please note that we may refuse a return if the package is damaged.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email contains the link to track your package.
Before the shipment of your order, it is possible to change the delivery address. To do so, please send an email to [email protected], mentioning your order number and your new address.
We ship your order within 48 business hours after its confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the link to track the delivery of your package.
You have a 30-day cooling-off period during which you can change your mind and return your product to us free of charge for exchange or refund.
All our Macs come with a minimum 12-month warranty. The warranty covers all hardware component failures, repair of parts, and labor costs (excluding operating systems or software). The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.

No, our products are meticulously packaged in our Okamac boxes.
The grade is an aesthetic rating we give to the appearance of your Mac. On our website, we have 3 grades ranging from "fair condition" to "Perfect condition," including varying degrees of visible or imperceptible signs of use depending on the condition.
To guide you better, here's the description we use when rating a Mac:
Fair condition: Presence of scratches and/or impacts detectable by touch and/or screen marks.
Very good condition: Presence of scratches detectable by fingernail, invisible from more than 50cm away. Screen: slight screen marks, not affecting the image at all when the screen is on.
Perfect condition: Microscopic or barely visible scratches from 20cm away. Screen and keyboard are like new!
The choice of the grade will depend on your sensitivity to traces of previous use and your budget. A grade in "fair condition" will be cheaper than a "like new" one but may have more visible traces.
In any case, the grade does not affect the functionality of your product. Regardless of their grade, our products are 100% functional and undergo the same meticulous reconditioning process.
Each Mac that arrives in our workshop undergoes a comprehensive process of testing, repairs, checks, and cleaning. The Mac is initially tested on various checkpoints. Defective parts are replaced, and the Mac is retested. All data on the Mac is erased, and it is completely reset. We install the latest MacOS compatible with your Mac. Finally, your Mac is thoroughly cleaned (internal dusting, key, screen, and port cleaning).

Our first priority is to offer you the most personalized experience possible! Therefore, by default, we install the keyboard adapted to the language of the country in which the Mac is sold. Examples:
• A Mac purchased in France will be configured in AZERTY - French
• A Mac purchased in Portugal will be configured in QWERTY - Portuguese, etc.
If you wish for a different keyboard configuration, feel free to contact us, specifying your order number and indicating the language keyboard you desire.

If your payment was declined, we recommend checking that you have sufficient funds in your account. If that is the case, it's possible that you have reached a payment limit. We suggest contacting your bank to adjust the limit.
If you wish to return your product, go to your account > order history > order > add a message. Or, send an email directly to [email protected], specifying your order number. Our customer service will then send you your return label.
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days, which we extend to 16 days. Therefore, you have a total withdrawal period of 30 days during which returns are free.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
We extend your withdrawal period to 30 days from the date of receiving your new device.
If your desire to withdraw is related to an initial model choice, we can offer our expertise to suggest a model change that will better suit your needs 😊
If no other model appeals to you, we will arrange the return of your Mac to our workshop to process the refund for your order.
The return shipping is free. Feel free to contact us to obtain your shipping label to attach to your package!
Upon receipt, we will proceed with the full refund of your order! This may take a few days between the shipping time and banking processing times 🏦
1. Shut down your Mac ( --> Shut Down).
2. Turn on your Mac and immediately press the Command + R key combination.
3. Once your Mac is on, go to the "Utilities" tab at the top of your screen, in the tab bar.
4. Open the "Terminal."
5. Enter the text "resetpassword" (without quotes) and press your "Enter" key.
6. Confirm the account for which you want to change the password and enter a new one.
