Delivery and return

At Okamac, sending your reconditioned Mac is OFFERT. Upon receipt of your payment, your used Mac will be prepared by our team, i.e., well packed so that it does not suffer any shock, and then protected in an appropriate size cardboard.

We deliver throughout Europe (except Luxembourg, Switzerland, Monaco and the Canary Islands) as well as in La Réunion and Martinique

The transport of your package

Shipping costs include packing, handling, and post fees. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into one order.

Shipping time

Your MacBook is shipped within 48 hours, and will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Your MacBook is sent with tracking and Acknowledgement for signature to guarantee you a delivery without any worries.

In case of return

You have the right to change your mind! You have 30 days to have the order fully refunded, without reason. If your used MacBook doesn't like you, send us an email or call us and you can send us the computer.
